Additional Details

  • Wedding Packages are subject to a Non-Refundable, 25% Deposit at the time of Contract-Signing.
  • Deposit Payments are kept secure, “In-Escrow” until the completion of your event!
  • As previously stated, all rates are negotiable. In over 20 years, 1000+ events (with over 500 of these being weddings!), we have always worked as diligently as we could to make sure both budget and needs were satisfied. We take extreme pride in our work and production value – and with more than 90% of our business coming from word-of-mouth referrals… a “Gaeta Entertainment Wedding Reception” is unlike anything you’ve seen or heard before (unless of course, your having seen me is what brought you here!)!

DJ/MC Services

  • $250/hour for Birthday / Anniversary Parties / Milestone Birthdays
  • $300/hour for Corporate Parties / Bar and Bat Mitzvahs / Sweet 16s/Quinceñeras
  • $750/hour for Weddings /Wedding Receptions
  • $250/hour for Virtual Events (Options Available: BINGO, Trivia, and Family Feud)

Lighting Services

  • $50/light for Events (10-Light Minimum)
  • $250/event for Live Lighting Technician

Video/Photo Services

  • Starting at $300/hour (Provided by Our AMAZING Vendor Friends!)

Photo Booth Services

Selfie Station – $1,000

  • Self-Contained, Low-Profile Unit
  • Send Pictures, GIFs, and Boomerangs in the form of Text/Email and to Social Media!
  • Clients will receive link to entire digital library of photos taken by guests at their event!

Deluxe Photo Booth – $1,250
